Swiggy — Not Providing Correct Information`

I saw the add as buy 2 get 1 free. But I received only 2 burger, When I called the Swiggy support they are like it is like that only, Please collect the delivery, If you cancel you will be in blacklist, I'm paying and i'm having, I called the restaurant, They act so weird not speaking properly, They just put my call in hold for 15 minutes, Do they think i'm just a free bird and loitering around?
