I have ordered food from swiggy. The order was delayed by 30 minutes which is due to Mumbai traffic and can be excused. Second thing, the order was incomplete and the items were spilled all over. The delivery executive spoke to me after keeping the parcel in my lobby was saying that the food is spilled due to improper packing from restaurant. 1 item is completely spilled and other item was missing. When I escalated the matter to swiggy, they were least bothered to enquire the things. Instead they provided a refund of Rs. 39 to my account. Order value was Rs. 311 and the missing and spilled items were 198 rupees. I further escalated the matter to customer care executive and the response was very bad. He simply apologised and closed the matter. I have never seen such a poor customer service.
