Swiggy — Not solving the issue raise by the delivery partner and we are going on going complaining about our issue but our company

See my name is akshay I have working with swiggy since almost 5 years and our managers are not at all solving the issue raise by me it's taking long time oresle saying that there is no vacancy to change shift and I am sincerely speaking nowdays our company is be having with old partners which Is totally depends on only swiggy giving very late orders and making as wait so much for getting new orders and same new riders are getting back to back orders why company is doing this cheap thing with old riders I don't know and much to say about this company but if this gets solve means enough for me and after complaining so many I am not getting any response then forcefully I have to take this action sir.
