Hi,
I placed order from (ww.swiggy.com) and due to poor network connection my delivery location was set wrong during order placement.
I paid online by UPI.
I called the delivery person to cancel my order which he cancelled and return back the grocery items to the swiggy store.
Swiggy is supposed to revert my money back automatically if my order was cancelled but i didnot check the app and
also i was travelling, my mobile network was so poor .
After 3 days i tried contacting swiggy but they told me that they have the policy to refund of 24 hours only .
I dont have my order and i dont have my money.
This is wrong if it was my fault then they should deduct the delivery price and return back my remaining amount.
Also this was a grocery item which was returned back to store not a food order which is wasted.
they are taking millions of orders each day and by these kinds of small uncaught frauds they are filling their pockets from poor middle class people like us.
Please help us as now from the past three days they are even not reverting us.
