Hi Team,
I had cancelled the order withing one minute only but Still I Have been charged with 70 rs as cancellation fees.
I had so much discussion with support executive over chat but she has not supported me on this
1.Please find attached proof of payment and cancellation time where it clearly shows that both payment and cancellation completed on 12:20 so that means I have cancelled the order within one minute only. When I clicked on cancel order there were 3 orange ticks remaining.It was technical issue on Swiggy App that withing one minute also it has not considered my cancellation. so clearly is shows that technical issue in Swiggy app Cancel order page .
2. Regarding cancellation reason when I cancelled the order it was not showing any option as Technical issues as such so it. Got selected first Option as Wrong delivery address. But I do not have any secondary address registered.
Request here to consider all above reasons and refund me the order charges.
I am alsolutly not satisfied with Swiggy though I am regular One Swiggy member also but still not getting any support during such cases.Very poor response.
It's clearly show it was technical issue In Swiggy App and still not considering the same. very unfair reaponse from Swiggy Support Team
