I booked one order and same was accepted by restaurant and i have guest in my house but after some times got to know that restaurant was already closed and then swiggy customer care and delivery boy started calling me closed the order forcefully. And after sometime they cancelled the order without my permission. During that i was having the guest in my house and felt so embarrassing.
When i chat with cc of swiggy, so firstly they closed the chat without listening to me then after closed the discussion buy saying that we have refund your money.
It was so pathetic customer support from swiggy and felt so bad.
