I had ordered a few items using Swiggy Instamart app(Order#[protected]. I paid online for the same but the order has been cancelled by the local delivery partner without any prior information to me and I did not receive any refund. I was in conversation with swiggy chat help desk and they informed me that the delivery guy had made calls before cancelling the order which is not true. I did not receive any calls from your delivery guy. He did not even reach my society gate where security checks are usually done and the residents are notified of their upcoming deliveries. I am sure swiggy delivery guy is lying and he should look into the matter and help me get my refund ASAP.
P.S. my phone is in an absolute working condition and there are no chances that I would have missed any calls as it was there with me all the time. Was this information helpful? |
