I want to complain about the order[protected] which I did to deliver Diwali sweets to my loved one. But to my surprise it turned out to be a nightmare for me.
Firstly the delivery partner wasnt able to deliver items to the address I have used in the past as well. Even then I called him up and confirmed the address when he seems to be with someone talking and wasnt paying attention to me.
I called him again to ask for his location and to my surprise he said talk to the swiggy they have cancelled the order and he cant do anything now very rudely.
when asked with the customer care, they keep fooling around me and keep sending me standard messages and tried to mentally harrse me with keep transferring my chat to more than 8 seniors, all saying we are working on it. The chat continued for 3 hours !!! until I decide enough is enough and left the chat as I have to explain the same issue again and again to all the representative which is pathetic.
Is this the modus operandi of Swigy. Fooling people for money by cancelling their order on their own and taking all of my 3k spent on the order.
Firstly it is the delivery partner mistake to not able to deliver the items when I clearly mentioned the address in the order and top of that he cancelled the order even when I called him up and confirmed the address verbally.
This is a mental torture dealing with the company not only they embarrased me by not delivering the order, they also wasted 3 hours on the chat with no resolution.
how am I supposed to bear the loss for mistake done by the company itself. Considering I paid for the sweets where the hell are my items if they deny to deliver the order. Is it with the vendor, with swiggy or the delivery partner.
The customer care was not able to answer my queries. If I have paid for something I own that item and even if the company cant deliver the same they should be able to tell me where is the stuff and I can pick up from there.
This is such a mal practice from such a reputed brand. They should not forget they exist only because we as a customer gives them business without the customers these companies are nothing. and if they are going to treat there customer like this. I am sure this company is not going to last long.
I am surely going ahead for a legal case against this company if my issue is not going to get resolved on priority.
