Hi, yesterday I ordered with swiggy order number #[protected]
The delivery person called me and said that he has reached the location but he was 1.5 km from the specified address. He refused to deliver even when I specified the 100% correct address. After 10 mins I received the message that your order has been cancelled and 100% cancellation fee was charged.
First of all, I put in the correct address.
Secondly, i never cancelled the order. Then why will I pay the full amount.
Thirdly, I did not even received the order and delivery partner is the one who refused to come to correct address.
This is very bad service. I want my money to refunded. I didn’t even order perishable items (ordered packed food) so you can either deliver me the order items or refund me the full amount.
How can I pay for something which I have not received.
