Hi
I placed an order for a few groceries from swiggy instamart on 14th June 22, they accepted the order.
After some time they canceled the order and charged the complete order money as a cancellation charge.
they do not have customer support no, somehow I managed to contact their customer complaint department,
When I ask them to refund the money or the order they told me their delivery guy called me thrice and post that they canceled my order from the backend and also charged me a cancellation amount i.e 100% of my order amount.
I explained to them the scenario that i did not see my cell phone due to XYZ reason, and ask for them just how can they cancel the order on their own and gulp all the customer money, they were unable to answer that however they cut the call and sent me a message that they will refund 50% of the money that's the best they can offer.
