I placed order for Biryani and app shows delivery time ~40min. I called restaurant after sometime and they confirmed order is ready. I called delivery partner, he was on the way (away).
I had a chat and spoke with SWIGGY helpline. They was arrogant and said if you want to cancel order then confirm. I said okay but then they said, i have to bear cancellation chargers i.e. full order amount because i asked to cancel order before delivery time.
My point is simple if you said 40min and order is ready in 10min at restaurant then why my food should take long to deliver. Ideally it should be delivered early if it is ready. SWIGGY takes some amount from restaurant as well as from customer then why not they can deliver early? Was this information helpful? |
