I placed an order today at 10:10 and at 10:45 i get a call from Swiggy that there is some issue with system at Swiggy end due to which the restaurant didn't receive the order and is now cancelled.
This is very careless attitude and total harresment by Swiggy as they are taking advantage of customer by just saying sorry for it and giving an voucher of Rs. 100 as like giving to a begger.
I ordered bcoz I had guest around at my home and after 45 times they say restuarant does not receive the order and because of this I had to spend 500 more and order from other restaurant with more waiting time.
