This was the pathetic experince with swiggy..I ordered for the food from "Nandhana palace" and I was aaked to wait for 40 min, then a delivery executive was assigned. He took the food and delivered to a different person. When I chatted with the customer care representative, he waa not willing ro help. He was asking me to cancel the order rather than helping me out. Then I recieved a call from the swiggy team and he was offering me just Rs.25 and asking me sorry. Now, please tell me if the customer has to be penalized for this issue or the delivery executive?? And also this spoils the name of the restaurant.
