Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I ordered some food yesterday it was not delivered Someone called me for the otp and I shared that after that it was showing your order has been delivered but while I trying to connect with the delivery boy he did not respond moreover when I talked to executive customer they also tried to reach him but he did not reply and also it was so frustrating for me that I had been talking many of swiggy executive they all told me to drop an email and I did that but also I told them please refund my money as it is a huge amount to me but nothing worked.
Can you please look into this matter and help me to resolve that problem
