I ordered Full Dal Makhani and 5 Tandoori Roti. I received half Dal Makhani in place of Full.
I shared the pics on Mobile App and I was told to rather write an email to Swiggy Support. I did it but got an reply that evidence is insufficient.
I again asked what evidence you need? I already uploaded the pics of the food packet I received.
To this Swiggy just replied that at this point they can't refund anything but in future they will improve their services.
I want to know what more evidence this Swiggy is looking for. I want FULL refund of this Invoice. Was this information helpful? |
