Order #[protected]
I placed an order for biryani at Rs. 200 on 21st February 2022 at 1:43 pm. The delivery boy went to wrong address and he said he will cancel the order and the money will be refunded to me. And then a call cam from swiggy that the amount will be refunded within 48 hours I had waited for 2 days and informed the swiggy help centre. They said the amount will not be refunded because I had complained them after 48 hrs. What should I do? They said me to wait for 48 hrs and also they said me that I had to complain within 48 hours. Please resolve my issue.
