I placed an order from Hotel Razzakiya via Swiggy on Saturday night, however the order wasn't delivered inspite of patiently waiting for 2 hours. I was promised a full refund and also Rs.200 as Swiggy money. However, the agent lied to me to calm me down and Swiggy hasn't lived up to the promise. They have made me chat with them multiple times frustrating the hell out of me. No one... absolutely no one in Swiggy customer serive team is competent enough to manage any customer complaints. They just lie to the customers in order to finish the call and don't bother about how it frustrates them. I don't really care about the Rs. 200, however what matters to me is their word/ promise.
