I'm a simple and honest consumer. I ordered Rs.971 worth of stuff from Swiggy Instamart on 28/6/22 around 3PM and my order was incorrectly marked as delivered.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER.
Moreover, I didn't receive a single call from the delivery person. I tried calling him but his phone was switched off.
I tried contacting a multitude of Swiggy's customer service agents, who just kept closing the chat without actually resolving my issue.
One simple phone call with the delivery agent or a check by his immediate superior would've resolved this issue. I kept trying for more than 6 hours for the issue to be resolved and to atleast get my money back but to no avail.
I AM REQUESTING A REFUND.
Please give me back my money. I do not wish to make any purchases from Swiggy again. This has been a very disheartening and disappointing experience. You should not be cheating people out of their hard earned money. I would be happy to provide any further details regarding the order if my money can be dutifully returned. Thanks
