[Resolved]  Swiggy — Order not delivered and refund also denied

Hi, yesterday I ordered with swiggy order number #[protected]
The delivery person neither called me nor he rang the door bell after reaching the delivery address. After 10 mins I received the message that your order has been cancelled. So I went out to check what happened. The delivery person was sitting there 1 block away. I asked him are you from swiggy, he mentioned i can't deliver as your order has been cancelled.
First of all, how am I supposed to know that he has arrived. He should atleast call or ring the doorbell after reaching delivery address.
Secondly, i never cancelled the order. Then why will I pay the full amount.
Thirdly, i did not even received the order and after waiting for 10 mins how you guys can cancel the order?
This is very bad service. I want my money to refunded. I didn’t even order perishable items so you can either deliver me the order items or refund me the full amount.
I am a student and each and every penny matters to me. It is matter of Rs 669, how can I pay for something which I have not received.
I request you to look into this as soon as possible.
