Issue: Order not delivered, but marked wrongly as delivered
Order Details: Prepaid order done on Swiggy Instamart on Jan 29th, 2023, 1.29pm, with Order#[protected], Cost = Rs 1102 [Saras ghee Rs558 and Milkfood ghee Rs540].
Incident Description: I needed the items urgently so prepaid it to avoid any hussle and just get easy early delivery of the items.
The app showed it will be delivered at 3pm. But due to heavy surge in orders, they told order will be delivered late by 7pm.
Already I had suffered due to shifting of delivery timing. And later around 8pm, I saw that app is showing incorrectly as order delivered while I have not received my order yet.
I have sent multiple emails to swiggy customer support team and raised multiple chat with their support team. But there is no resolution on this matter. I have really wasted lot of time on trying to get support from relevant team and resolve my matter but no luck! They say they cant help me.
They have not even shared info whether they had talked to delivery executive to know where/what location has he delivered the order. At least he should have remember that incident because just after an hour, I had raise complaint to swiggy team. and have raised multiple till now.
I had no conversation with delivery executive, so I dont understand how swiggy team says order delivered. Do they have any proof, call history at my number to justify order has been delivered. And since I have already done the order payment, now why swiggy is trying to loot me with incorrect order delivery status.
Resolution Needed: I had trusted swiggy to deliver order asap. but there was a 4 hour delay shown in app and later they didnt even deliver order.
Pls help to compensate on my time and money wastage on a prepaid order, considering time spent on multiple email threads & chats with swiggy customer support team.
Pls help to get me the refund amount of my order along with ten times of refund as the additional compensation of my time wastage and mental suffering due to this. This is my worst experience with Swiggy ever!
