Hi, I ordered a midnight delivery of cake for my family member as a surprise.But as he was not home, I asked delivery boy to keep the order with the gate keeper .The delivery boy did not leave the order but marked the delivery status as "DELIVERED" .Now I have been chasing them for my order refund.No response saying that is not an active order .You should have contacted with in 5 hours time.
