Food not Delivered
Order was not delivered and they have been denying me my refund back for the past one days, I have contacted 3 customer support executives all of whom failed to call the delivery guy, he didn't even bother calling me and when I called did not pick up.
I emailed the service team with the proof that it was not possible that the delivery guy reach in just 26 minutes as around that time is rush hour and he's not picking up anyone calls.
The support team is giving me the same response like after conducting investigation we are unable to provide you with the refund, which is very untrue, upon asking them to check the location of the delivery guy they would know that my order was not delivered but they're not willing to do that clearly.
I have attached the emails that I've received from the support team of swiggy.
I would like a complete refund of Rs 115 back to the source account and I would appreciate the help. Was this information helpful? |
