Swiggy — order not placed but money deducted and not refunded

I have ordered gulab jamun ice cream from nic ice cream shop vashi on 3rd June at around 9.30/ 10 pm...When I tried paying amount..I got no confirmation of placing order and item was reflecting in my cart only but amount of rs.200 was deducted from my meal card ...When I had chat with swiggy customer care team I have been informed that payment gateway did not accept payment and amount will be refunded back to me in some 7 days of time...

When I checked with my meal card customer care today they said transaction was successful and amount is in swiggy's bank account now...

Tried contacting swiggy customer care today and they asked for transaction screenshot which I cannot see in my history of transactions...And since I cannot share transaction screenshot they will not be able to help ...
