[Resolved]  Swiggy — Order not placed, payment deducted from account

I orderd something, amount is deducted from my account but order is not placed, first of all they have no any costumer care or helpline number so if someone have problem how can they contact, and when I contacted them through message, they didn't take any further step, they said contact to concerned bank, but I have already paid, how bank is responsible in this.
