I have placed order at 1.33 PM and opted for express Delivery on 16th July 2019, because I was very hungry and needed food soon.
The status was "restaurant yet confirm your order" and the same status was there ever after 2 hours. I have had chat with customer care 3 times and they said, they will assign a delivery executive in 10 minutes. so it went on for an hour. So after two hours I called the customer care and a lady told me that they will cancel my order.
So I how can we trust swiggy, If a person is hungry and waiting for the food to be delivered, just to hear "we cancelled your order, you will get full refund". I don't care about the money.
- What about the time I wasted, they don't care.
- How trust able swiggy is, when they can't follow their process properly?
- Why can not they early if they can't assign a delivery executive.
I want to take this complaint seriously.
