[Resolved] Swiggy — Order showing delivered but I didn't get it

Hi this is naman here i placed an order from swiggy with the order id #[protected]
I called the delivery boy after 20 minutes he didn't picked up then after 20 minutes my order was shown as delivered i called the delivery executive again he again didn't picked i called him many times and after 10 minutes he picked up and i asked that i didn't received the order he said that he delivered order to someone on ram lal chawk which is about 1 km away from my home then i asked him to tell me his manager phone number he told me to contact their so called helpless cs team they told me to wait until we conference with the delivery executive i told the cs everything and the delivery partner also accepted it that he delivered to someone on ramlal chawk i asked for refund she said order is on cash only 8rs were to be paid via cash i paid the rest via swiggy money and told me that no concession can be given to me this is a clear fraud of my 80 rs by saying that order is on cash but i paid 80rs and didn't got it i will attach proof and delivery executive profile please give me my refund and remove that fraud delivery executive
