Hi I am abhijeet Gulshan and i have ordered from swiggy. Swiggy accepted that order and after waiting more than 45 min I got a automated call from swiggy that my order was canceled because restaurant was closed.
An automated is just humiliating to means if i have to ask something from whom I would ask and I didn’t get that money at the same time or till now
Who is responsible for this
I will raise this in consumer court.
