I am really frustrated with the service getting from Swiggy. On 10/21/2022 I placed an order#[protected] from Swiggy of Rs556 (Haldiram, West Patel Nagar, Delhi) and after receiving the order checked the bill on my registered email ID which was incorrect. As per the invoice the billing amount was Rs.31 however the transaction paid was rs.556.
I tried to connect with the Swiggy support team and none of them were able to help me and keep on sending the same invoice of Rs 31 and also giving me the reason that it is a restaurant issue .Why I should care who is responsible for it .As a customer I paid the amount and expecting the complete invoice. I need to submit the bill to claim amount from office hence requesting you to send me the complete bill asap.
