This is to inform you that i have ordered food from Bijoli Grill restaurant located at Mandi House Delhi through swiggy app at 12:45 PM on 09.10.2021. The restaurant had confirmed my order and delivery partner was assigned. The delivery partner picked up my order and proceed to reach at my location. I was so hungry and eagerly waiting for food. Suddenly at 1:56 pm they have cancelled my order.
I have lodged a complain at swiggy app and they have replied that the delivery partner reached at my location and he was unable to reach me then the back end team tried calling me 3 times and sent me mail and SMS as well. But the fact is that Delivery partner didnt reach at my home, i have not received any Email or SMS. I am agreeing that due to network issue my number may not reachable that time, my question is that if the delivery partner reached at my location then why he didnt ring my door bell?.
I have raised my query and asked for refund through swiggy app but Mr Sarat and his senior didnt address my query properly and was making me fool through computer generated replies and wasted my one and half hour.
This is gentle request to make refund order value and also compensate for physical (not getting food on time) and mental harassment.
