Swiggy — Ordered one pack of cigarettes and and got different pack now unethical with refund

Last evening I ordered a cigarette and was given a different pack from what I ordered I was told that investigation is taking place and I will be given a notice by mail but nothing came in the mail nor did my replacement or refund
