Swiggy — orders vanish before delivery

Hi,

I ordered pizza from swiggy today and it never reached. On top of it. They marked it delivered and now they want me to wait for 7-10 days for a refund. This isn’t happening for the first time. This is becoming a routine for them. I ordered from swiggy site and they gave me two numbers to resolve issue which do not work. I am not getting a refund and i certainly couldn’t get what i ordered.
