Swiggy — package and spillage issue

I placed an order for someone's birthday at mid night.. And due to technical glitch from your end the order was placed twice and same my payment was deducted twice for the same.
I did not bothered that, but then the order that was delivered was a complete disappointment and embarrassment as the entire cup cakes were ruined and i made complaint for the same.
However another disappointment they refunded me only one payment and denied for refunding the other payment on making enough number of requests.
So i was charged unnecessarily with my money and embarrassment in front of the one for whom i ordered a birthday treat.
Is this how you treat your customers.
There is no customer relationship management

I have ordered Butter Naan-2qty and Paneer Butter Masala-1qty.
But i have received different Non Veg Items. I have reported regarding the same issue with swiggy but no resolution has been provided. Please help me to get the money Back.

I have placed a order and after 40m my order was cancelled some customer care executive called and told sir u r order was cancelled and disconnected tge call, im waiting since 40m but i didn'tgot wt is this Waste service i want immediately reply on this, if reply not came i will uninstall the app
