Order no: [protected]
This order was prepaid online.. When i checked to see order status, noticed.. Order was 'delivered'.. But i did not get the order.
Immediately alerted swiggy customer support on chat.. However after close to 30 mins.. Someone responded.
They claimed to have tried to reach their 'delivery partner' to check, however they could not reach him.
After spending over an hour trying to sort it out... They are offering me a refund!!
- i could not entertain my guests on a weekend, because they messed up the delivery, for which i had already paid
- wasted my time trying to find a resolution... Not to mention my weekend and time away from my guests waiting for a slow response from the customer support agent
- agent abruptly decides to close the conversation without offering a satisfying resolution and getting my consent to do the same
- i am a super swiggy subscriber... And yet get this kind of service and empathy.
I expect to be compensated not only with a refund for an order that i had paid, but also for the bad experience and my time / weekend wasted without getting a satisfying resolution. Was this information helpful? |
