Swiggy — Pay on delivery

I always ordered food via cash on dilevery from swiggy but from 2 days due to restaurant mistake I have to cancel my order without cancellation fee. But now they've blocked my account from cash on delivery option for me without my mistake or my fault. The one who made mistake was the restaurant not me then why I have to be blocked. Please resolve it as soon as possible
