Swiggy Customer Care's response Hey Mahesh, we see that our team has already processed a full refund along with a coupon as a gesture of apology for the time lost in the process. Having said that we have documented the instance and feedback will be shared internally. We intend to better our services, and rectification steps considering the voice of our patrons will be taken to avoid such instances going forward.
