Swiggy — Phenyl kind of smell in milk products

I am a frequent buyer of groceries from Swiggy Instamart. I have logged a complaint to Swiggy few months back that the milk smells like phenyl a lot of times. at the same time when I buy the same Amul milk from outside it does the smell like this. I made a complaint to maintain hygiene in their store where they keep these groceries but have not received any positive response on the issue yet. Today itself I asked them to resolve this hygiene issue but the issue still continues. The milk smells a lot like phenyl and its really unaccoetable.
