My order was delayed on 23rd Jan, on complaining to the customer support they passed the call to the end to end support who was such a worst person who just wasted my time for 2 hours and was not at a supportive. The. After a long time someone else came and committed compensation which never came to my account. This was the third instance where swiggy committed compensation but never delivered it. Now when I'm asking the agent about compensation he says the they have policy According to which compensation can only be provided within 24 hours. This is really very frustrating dealing with poor services then on top of that poor customer support. I request government to take strict actions against Swiggy and cancel their license for cheating people and providing poor service. I am still waiting on call for supervisor from 10 min that they will respond. And this is the limit. Please consumer forum request to you kindly take strict actions against theses companies who are cheating Indian people. Their license needs to be cancelled and we need to set examples form these type of companies for poor support and customer service
