So it is proved that there is no guarantee for my food or money refund even the mistatke is absolutely with swiggy executive, if you want to report to swiggy via mail. Then why app has help and support . I reported them within 5 minutes.
Within 5 hours time period, how can i shoot mail..
Evening ordered at 7, delivery executive reported me 8 pm. At that time, my priority will be arranging food and sleep or shooting you complaint mail. Will you do this in that time.
That too 5 hours is reporting time. But your response time is 10-12 hours, what at shame ??? even that help team asked me to send mail but not told me time of 5 hours, because they also don't aware of that 5 hours.
One thing is clear. Swiggy - Hotel - swiggy executive - some scandals.
Because i lost trust on swiggy. You get money, wont delivery food, wont arrange refund, no actions on after 5 hours. - because of your arrogant mail - have to complaint within 5 hours.
