I had ordered Fortune Sunlite Refined Sunflower oil 5 litre jar priced Rs. 1092/- on 02 August 2022 from Swiggy Instamart.
The product was delivered with a missing main front label ( photo attached ) making me wonder if it is fake!! I refuse to use a product which could possibly jeopardise my family’s health!
At the time of delivery itself I refused to accept the product but was clearly told by the delivery person that his job is only to deliver and any issues with the products need to be raised on the swiggy app.
I have made numerous complaints on the issue on the swiggy app and via email requesting for a refund or replacement. I even offered visiting the warehouse / store personally to get the faulty product changed.
But no one from the Swiggy team is willing to resolve such a simple issue. They say that “the complaint cannot be validated” and are not giving any clear reason as to why such a valid issue is being rejected by them?
