I placed an order of 3 donuts (Order #[protected] from Mad over donut (MOD) through Swiggy on 13th September 2022 -
1x black and white Bavarian
1x cool blue ice
1x double trouble, all amounting to Rs. 324.
The order was delayed and to my utter surprise, it was different from what I ordered (except for the double trouble donut, and it was only co-incidental that they got that one right). I received the back-to-office combo back, the cost of which was only Rs. 284, much lower than what I had ordered.
Moreover, it was not even what I had asked for. I wouldn't have placed an order in the first place from swiggy had I known this would happen.
I contacted customer care, and they asked me to send photos for a 24 hour check. I was told that it failed the check. Is the technical resolution team so weak that they fail to see the difference upfront from the menu? This is highly unfair. Was this information helpful? |
