I ordered 1 kg Amul Pure Ghee from swiggy of worth rupee 493₹ but when i opened the package i found that the seal was broken of the Ghee and a bad smell was there . i took pictures and told the swiggy customer support via chat but after requesting several times they didnt accept it and clearly said we cant help you.
so i want either replace my product or give me my money back.. i can't give my money swiggy to cheat inocent customers like me .
please give me a resolution asap, its very frustrating experience from swiggy
