I had placed an order with Swiggy Instamart - on Feb 19, 2022 at 07:14am with the Order I'd[protected]
The Order which I Placed is as below
1. Amul Vanilla Magic Ice Cream 1Liter 1 nos
2. GRB Ghee 200ml 1 nos
3. Saffola Ring Noodles 212grams 2 nos
4. Nandini Orange Milk 500ml 2nos
But instead of above mentioned items I was delivered complete different items listed below
1. Saffola Ring Noodles 46grams 2nos
2. Nandini Blue Packet 2nos
I had contacted swiggy thru their app and was told to chat with the agent i explained with the chat agent and they agree for replacement with new Order id #[protected] on Feb 19, 2022 at 09:37 am and again was delivered with different items as listed below
1. Saffola Ring Noodles 46grams 2nos
2. Nandini Blue Packet 2nos
Again I had to connect with swiggy thru their app and was told to chat with the agent i explained with the chat agent again after waiting a long time they replied saying ( I have escalated your issue to the concern so wait for another 6 Working Hours our team will get back to you on your registered Mail ID ) at 02:25Pm i received a mail from Mr.Raghottam [protected]@swiggy.in saying that (We regret to inform you that we will not have an option to compensate for the request raised.) I replied back in the same mail and explained them to make a clear Background Verification as I have not visited the Swiggy store where they pack the items. My only point of contact is the Delivery Person and i asked Mr.Raghottam to verify with the delivery person but Mr.Raghottam replyed at 07:52Pm saying (With deep regret in regards to your order, we would like to inform you that we will be unable to initiate a replacement or a refund for this order. As much as I wish to help you regarding this, my hands are tied as we have to adhere to the prescribed guidelines.)
