I recently ordered a 750ml tub of ice cream from naturals using swiggy. They sent a box which was expiring in 10 days which obviously meant it wasn't fit for consumption. The ice cream was overly frozen and had brown blocks inside of it. I shared the appropriate images and raised a complaint but they did not offer me any compensation. Forget about my refund, they did not even apologise. If it was a direct purchase I would have complained to naturals but since swiggy delivered the order they have to be accountable for it. I have been receiving absolutely low grade quality good and customer service from Swiggy. Was this information helpful? |
