[Resolved] Swiggy — Received item of 369 grams instead of 1 kg

Placed an order of 1kg Silver fish from swiggy app and received item which weighs 369 gram. Spoke to swiggy consumer helpline through app and email, but they are denying for refund. Either i need refund of 631 grams or replacement
