I ordered 4 chole kilche and 3 naan on 5 oct by 12.15 pm.
And received only 1 chole kulche and 3 naan.
3 chole kulche were missing. I immediately contacted the cx care and initially they were least bothered about it.
After chatting with multiple members of the team, they asked me to email about it and that I would receive answer in 24 hours.
I am still waiting for the reply and no one cares.
I need a compensation for it. This is not the right way. Was this information helpful? |
