I have orders meal with Order#[protected] Dt. 04-Apr-2022 amounting Rs. 272. However three parathas were not delivered. When I raised the concern they refunded Rs. 58 to valet. It is our hard earned money and I asked to refund it to my original payment method but they denied.
It happens so many times. Is there any regulation to safeguard customer's interest?
We order food for pacifying out hunger and not to spend out time in these activities. Hence I want complete refund of my order amount and Rs. 2000 for my harassment.
