I have not received refund of Rs 198/- (Rupees One Hundred Ninety Eight only) as per subject line Order ID dt 20 th Feb 2023. I ordered grocery items online from swiggy's instamart for Rs 444/- and paid full money in advance. After confirming the order, Swiggy informs one item worth Rs 198 /- is not in stòck and assured refund innabout 07 days to my bank account.Following are the details..

Swiggy apparently initiated refund on 20 Feb 2023 and claims my bank has processed my refund and credited to my account by on 27 th Feb 2023. Please be informed I have not received credit to my account as of date. I also called the bank personally and they have confirmed the amount has not been credited. the amount does not appear on my online statement either.
I have been relentlessly following up on chat with their customer care explaining the above but to no avail.
Appreciate your intervention in this matter and request please assist the legitimate refund dye to me. It's now 20 days since I am awaiting a refund. Was this information helpful? |
