Placed a swiggy instamart order on 4th July. It was scheduled order. I had to cancel the order so i contacted customer care and the agent at that time told me that the refund for whole amount (338) has been successfully initiated. Today (7th July) i contacted customer care again to get an update on refund but now i'm being told i have been charged 100% cancellation charge. I contacted two separate agents and both said that they don't have any info on the refund and cannot initiate it. Both said the same thing, word to word.
When the order was cancelled, the items in the order weren't even out for delivery. I cancelled the order about 1.5 hours after placing it and the delivery wasn't even supposed to be done for another hour or two. Was this information helpful? |
