I have placed two orders from Swiggy on 31st Dec 2022.
1) Order of Rs 726, order has been cancelled by swiggy & they have confirmed that refund has been completed & payment has been credited to the account but as per the statement attached no refund has been received. I would request swiggy to credit the amount as soon as possible.
2) Order of Rs 1093, Order has been placed by swiggy amount has been deducted but order is not showing the app & I am not able to claim a refund. Kindly assist ASAP
I am attaching screenshots for reference. This is the first time that I am experincing this problem with swiggy. Process both the refunds ASAP.
