Regarding my last order, I had pathetic experience with the customer service in trying to get help and refund on missing items. The Customer care team showed no accountability in refunding my money which is stuck with swiggy for missing items.
The Instamart store did not deliver many items and I am not sure what quality checks you people do in managing and fulfilling customer orders. IF something is missing than its your responsibility to refund the money back and not to keep it to yourself.
I need an explanation of why you cannot refund my money back, i have paid for all items correct ? than why you are not returning my money back.?. Why can't you check at the store and verify what items were dispatched.
Are you seriously thinking I would take that answer. If you order something on amazon and it doesn't get delivered than amazon is liable to pay you back correct?
Swiggy has denied refund and i have already escalated over email to [protected]@swiggy.in and they have responded they cannot refund.
Is this some kind of fraud which Swiggy has started now? Was this information helpful? |
